Armenia Context

It is expected that by 2015, Armenia will still need development assistance. In this sense, the strengthening of democracy and good governance, and progress in domestic resource mobilization, is crucial. This localized target addresses this issue and defines benchmarks for Armenia's democratic development and good governance.
